Le Mo Lámh is a small enterprise by Wexford based artist, Claire Comiskey. Le Mo Lámh is the Irish language for 'With My Hand' - relating to how Claire's approach to her art is very hands on and all of her art being individually crafted by hand. Claire creates art work inspired by the natural world around her. With a background in art and years of rockclimbing experience under her belt, Claire's latest artworks, use upcycled old retired climbing ropes to create art pieces with a difference. For each piece of Rope Art, Claire carefully selects climbing ropes with different colours and patterns, bringing them back to life to portray vibrant pictures of landscapes and mountains.
