Refund Policy

Our Return Policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note the below in order to be eligible for a return: 

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery. Should you note a fault with your product upon delivery, this must be flagged to us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will then notify the maker. The item is to be returned directly to them and upon satisfactory receipt of such, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must only be returned in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once item is returned, inspected and is received back in its original condition, a refund will be processed.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery and reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Repair Policy:

If you’ve purchased a product from us and over time things have gone south for it – like it does the best of us! Don't worry! In order to extend the life of our products - we offer a free of charge repair service - where possible - for  products that have broken or worn over time. The item should be returned to the the original maker who will do their best to mend it to how it was - but sadly not all things are repairable. Once the item is received, it will be assessed. If it is the case that it is un-repairable, we will offer you a 10% discount instead on a new purchase from one of The Upcycle Movement products. And rest assured that we will upcycle the parts of your old purchase into something new again to keep it’s cycle going and keep it out of landfill.
